In general, there are two forms of support - Standard  support (Help, Knowledgebase, EMail, Web Support) which is free, and Premium  support (additionally Telephone Support and Priority Email Response) which requires a monthly subscription. We encourage you to utilize free support, but if your needs dictate that you have live access to a support professional at OrderCup, you can purchase a paid support Plan.
